‘Yog’ as our ancestors called it, is a 5000 years old practice of our nation, to keep the body in harmony with the mind.
Our students performed different yoga postures for their physical and mental well being and toning on International Yoga Day at their place under the direction and proper teachings from teachers and celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June.
